Zlarin [Northern Dalmatian islands]
The island of Zlarin is situated in Šibenik archipelago, divided from land by Šibenik canal. The islanders are traditionally working in agriculture, fishing, wine growing and sponge production. Zlarin has beautiful swimming places with sandy beaches, it is peaceful and quiet, picturesque and very hospitable, which is why we recommend it to families with small children and all those who want to spend a peaceful holiday. Cars are not allowed to the island.
Šibenik archipelago counts many islands and islets and includes National Park Kornati, which attracts many visitors. Ferryboat Šibenik-Zlarin drives everyday connecting the island to land.
