Trstenik (peninsula Peljesac) [Peljesac]
Trstenik lies in a deep bay at the foot of hills, on the southern coast of Peljesac peninsula and is connected to the mainland by coastal road via Ston and the ferry line Ploce - Trpanj. Trstenik is some 20 km from the ferry port Trpanj and it is not recommended to anchor a boat in the bay during southern winds. It is ideal for a family holiday due to its beautiful pebble beach and accommodation in apartments in modern private houses with their own concrete swimming areas. During summer, there are scheduled ferry lines from Trstenik to the island of Mljet, an excellent opportunity to visit Mljet National Park.
