THE BEST OF THE ADRIATIC
Full day trip with lunch and live music
Departure point: Šipan, Janska and Lopud
We are sailing along the Elaphites islands, covered with verdant sub-tropic vegetation consisting of laurel, pine, cypress,
thyme and rosemary. These islands were Dubrovnik's aristocracy favourite places for spending the summer, so they built
their summerhouses here. We continue to Suđurađ on the Island of Šipan, a small harbour where we can see the renaissance
Skočibuha family summerhouse. Next we will visit the Janska bay, where we will enjoy the typical Dalmatian lunch with
fish and wine, accompanied by a traditional Dalmatian vocal harmony group. The Island of Lopud is our next stop. It is famous
for its rich seafaring tradition and sea captains. We will walk down the waterfront, to the Franciscan monastery and the 19th
century Gjiorgić-Mayneri park.
Leisure time for going swimming to the beautiful sand beach Sunj.
