This attractive ski resort offers impressive views, well-kept ski trails and excellent tourist facilities. Over 130 km of ski trails, mostly for the intermediate level, are well-connected with some 60 lifts and cable cars. The vicinity of the breathtaking Kitzsteinhorn glacier above Kaprun and Zellersee lake makes the unusual combination of swimming and skiing in the summer months possible. Towns in the valley have an extensive Aprés-ski program, as well as skating rinks, swimming areas, tennis courts and golf courses, as well as many other activities.

SKI SCHOOL ZELL AM SEE

The ski school is organised in collaboration with the local Austrian ski school throughout the ski season.

Arrangements can be made at: ski school offices at Areitbahn, Schmittenhöhe and Cityexpress ski-lift starting points, all days from 8:30 am until 6 pm.

School hours: ski school is held for 4 hours per day during 5 days, Sunday to Thursday, from 10 – 12 am and from 1 – 3 pm all days.

Minimum and maximum attendance: minimum attendance requirement is 6 attendants per common level skill group. Maximum attendance is 12 attendants per group.

Minimum age requirement: 4 years and older (children under 14 years of age are required to wear a ski helmet)

Additional information: The price of ski school does not include the rental of ski equipment nor ski tickets (ski equipment and tickets can be rented/bought on the spot, with ski teacher’s assistance). The closing competition will be held on the last day of school, after which the attendants will be issued with medals and diplomas.

SKI SCHOOL KAPRUN

The ski school is organised in collaboration with the local Austrian ski school throughout the ski season.

Arrangements can be made at: Lechnerberg ski-lift starting point, near the children’s park.

School hours: ski school or snowboard school for adults lasts for 5 days, Sunday to Thursday, and 6 days for children (3-14 years of age), Sunday to Friday. You can choose between 4 hours of training sessions per day (10 - 12:30 am and 1:30 - 3pm) and 2,5 hours (all days from 10 - 12:30 am).

Maximum attendance: 12 attendants per group

Minimum age requirement: 3 years of age and older (children under 14 years of age are required to wear a ski helmet)
