Koralpe is one of the mountains in the southeastern Alps with the highest peak being more than 2000 meters in altitude and more than 28 kilometers of slopes for alpine skiing - 13 difficult slopes, 13 intermediate and 2 kilometers of slopes for beginners as well as 60 kilometers of slopes for cross-country skiing. On a clear day one can see a large part of Austria from the top of Koralpe.
The slopes vary so there is something for everyone, from the beginner to the professional, since one of the FIS slopes is also located here. For snowboarders there is a Funpark with Slides, Jumps and a Boardercross.
There are a dozen ski lifts that can comfortably handle up to 10,000 skiers per hour so there are hardly any line-ups or crowds.
